Bruno Latour made some interesting points on how the environment or also known as Gaia. Has suffered a lot since the dawn of man kind. We've been destroying Gaia since the beginning, but we only recently realize that we did so much harm to it. Our grass project does in fact use this idea of one can effect the other. We plan on using real grass and dirt and have it hooked up to an arduino which will track where a person is touching the grass which will effect a digital projection. The projection will be a digital rendering of grass and it will flatten once some touches the grass in a certain area. So if someone would lied down on the grass then there bodies outline would be showed as a flatten grass embodiment. Connecting the person to the environment.
